Beginner Heels Choreography
Join us for this beginner-friendly heels class designed to help you move with boldness, grace, and serious main character energy. Class will start with a sultry, strength-building warm-up to awaken posture, balance, and control, followed by guided across-the-floor drills to build comfort in heels. Then, you’ll learn a short, feel-good routine that blends sass, slink, and musicality.

Contemporary
Open level Contemporary teaches you how to express yourself using a freer style, exploring the use of off-centre movements, bending the spine and contractions. Contemporary dance inspires students to express themselves through the unique professional styles of our instructor. Class begins with a warmup followed by a section of technique which is incorporated into a short piece of choreography that is taught in the 2nd part of class.
Body Fit
Led by ACE-certified instructor, this dynamic, music-driven fitness class combines barbells, weight plates, and bodyweight exercises to push your limits and take your fitness to the next level. Designed for individuals seeking a high-intensity challenge, the class will help you get stronger, leaner, fitter, and healthier. While the workout is intense, modifications are provided to ensure accessibility for all fitness levels. Hip Hop
A high-energy, open-level class for adults who want to move, groove, and tap into the vibe of the 90s. We’ll kick things off with a full-body warm-up, then build on foundational hip hop grooves and old-school party steps that defined the era.
Each class finishes with an upbeat combo. Check out our 90’s hip hop class for choreography set to iconic 90s tracks. or, check out our Fundamental’s class which is the perfect introduction to Hip Hop at a little bit of a slower pace. It’s all about rhythm, expression, and having fun while you sweat. No experience needed—just bring your love for throwbacks and a good vibe.
Ballet
Explore the elegance of ballet in our Open Level Adult Ballet class. Designed for all levels and abilities this class will focus on the fundamentals, such as posture, alignment, and technique. Each class begins at the barre with a warmup and proceeds into the centre practice with turns, jumps and across the floor movements. This class is perfect for beginners, those returning to ballet, or those looking to refine their technique. Our instructors will guide you at a comfortable pace, helping you build technique, confidence, grace and flexibility.
Core Flow & Stretch
A core-focussed mat Pilates class designed to strengthen and lengthen. The first half of class focuses on core-driven movement to build heat, improve posture, and support functional strength. The second half transitions into a deep, restorative stretch to release tension and create space in the body.
Expect intentional movement, breath-led transitions, and a balance of activation and ease. All levels welcome.
Dance Fit
Once the music starts and the beat hits, you’ll naturally ease into this fun, follow-along, aerobics-style class that lets you move at your own pace. Sculpt HIIT
Using high and low impact options that are sure to increase your heart rate and get you sweating, in this class we will target and sculpt your muscles through pulsation, isolation and a combo of steady-state and high intensity interval bursts, focusing on body conditioning techniques and resistance training.
This class will have you embracing the challenge, experiencing the burn and empowering the mind. Your spirit will be elevated and have you realizing you're capable of so much more.
Serene Body Sculpt
Strengthen, Restore, Rebalance ~ a slower-paced, mindful class that provides both muscle strengthening and stretching. This class is designed to complement cardio and weightlifting workouts. Similar to a physiotherapy session, this class focuses on controlled movement, alignment, and intentional stretching. We begin with a gentle warm-up to get the body moving, then shift into strength-based body-weight exercises and restorative stretches that help undo tension, improve posture, and build stability. In the final part of the class, we will focus on physically lengthening, mentally unwinding and allowing ourselves to be rejuvenated.
Fit & Fire
Ignite your fitness with this dynamic, full-body workout designed to build strength, burn calories, and boost endurance. Fit and Fire blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT), resistance exercises, and core work to challenge you. Belly Dance Fundamentals
Welcome to Bellydance Fundamentals! We start from the beginning! We focus on building strong foundations through posture, coordination, and basic footwork patterns. You’ll learn essential turns, body isolations, and arm work, along with drills to strengthen the hips and pelvis. We explore movement in all planes, use mirroring to support learning, and wrap things up with simple, repetitive choreography that helps everything come together in a fun, supportive way.
