Pilates Fusion

Barre Fitness
Experience Barre Fitness, a dynamic fusion class that combines the grace of Ballet Barre exercises with the core strengthening of Pilates, the flexibility of Yoga, and targeted sculpting movements. This comprehensive workout is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt your body, enhancing muscle tone and improving posture. This class provides a challenging yet accessible approach to fitness, leaving you feeling stronger and more energized.
Contemporary
Open level Contemporary teaches you how to express yourself using a freer style, exploring the use of off-centre movements, bending the spine and contractions. Contemporary dance inspires students to express themselves through the unique professional styles of our instructor. Class begins with a warmup followed by a section of technique which is incorporated into a short piece of choreography that is taught in the 2nd part of class.
Hip Hop Fundamentals
Step into the world of hip hop with our Adult Hip Hop Fundamentals class!
This class focuses on mastering the essential moves and techniques of hip hop dance. From grooving to basic isolations, you'll learn foundational steps while building confidence and rhythm. Join us for a fun and energetic session where you can unleash your inner dancer and vibe to the beat!
90’s Hip Hop
A high-energy, open-level class for adults who want to move, groove, and tap into the vibe of the 90s. We’ll kick things off with a full-body warm-up, then build on foundational hip hop grooves and old-school party steps that defined the era.
Each class finishes with an upbeat combo set to iconic 90s tracks—think TLC, Biggie, Missy, and more. It’s all about rhythm, expression, and having fun while you sweat. No experience needed—just bring your love for throwbacks and a good vibe.
Ballet
Explore the elegance of ballet in our Beginner or Open Level Adult Ballet class, designed for all levels and abilities. Focus on the fundamentals, such as posture and alignment, in a welcoming environment. Each class begins at the barre with a warmup and processes into the centre practice with turns, jumps and across the floor movements. Whether you're a new or seasoned dancer, our experienced instructors will guide you at a comfortable pace, helping you build confidence and flexibility.
Salsa
Join us for an energetic and fun salsa class designed for everyone, from beginners to seasoned dancers. In our drop-in classes, you'll work on basic steps, rhythms, and movements of salsa, with easy-to-follow instruction that will have you dancing confidently in no time. Our friendly instructor will guide the class and create a welcoming environment for all. No partner required.
Dance Fit
Once the music starts and the beat hits, you’ll naturally ease into this fun, follow-along, aerobics-style class that lets you move at your own pace. This full-body workout will keep you moving, toning, and smiling. Each week, you’ll find it gets easier as you learn the routines, build strength, and grow your confidence. Sculpt HIIT
Using high and low impact options that are sure to increase your heart rate and get you sweating, in this class we will target and sculpt your muscles through pulsation, isolation and a combo of steady-state and high intensity interval bursts, focusing on body conditioning techniques and resistance training.
This class will have you embracing the challenge, experiencing the burn and empowering the mind. Your spirit will be elevated and have you realizing you're capable of so much more.
Serene Body Sculpt
This slower-paced, mindful class provides both muscle strengthening and stretching. Before lengthening our muscles, we will use our own bodyweight to tone and enhance endurance of our muscles. In the second half of the class, we will focus on physically lengthening, mentally unwinding and allowing ourselves to be rejuvenated.
This engaging workout is perfect physiotherapy; we all need the core conditioning and the time to counterbalance our workouts with static stretching.
Crush Hush
This two-part powerhouse workout is the perfect blend of intensity and recovery. We start with the Crush-a high-energy, full-body workout packed with strength training and steady-state cardio. Between sets, engage in sustained cardio segments to keep your heart rate elevated.
Then comes the Hush-a calming, guided stretch and recovery session designed to improve flexibility, enhance mobility, and leave you feeling recharged, balanced, and strong.
Jazz
A fun, energetic, class for adults who want to move, learn, and enjoy the rhythm. We’ll start with a full-body warm-up, then work through jazz technique. Think, sharp isolations, smooth transitions, and across-the-floor progressions. Each class wraps with a short, upbeat combo set to pop, funk, or Broadway-style tracks to bring it all together. Perfect for all levels, this class is a chance to build skills, move your body, and have a blast.
